Western Digital "JB"
Hard Disks are used in all hard disk upgrades. These are 7,200
RPM drives that do not suffer from overheating when fitted to an xbox.
They have an 8Mb cache. |

There are currently five types of
modification options:
1. mod chip (duox2) only fitted,
2. mod chip (duox2) plus software
installation,
3. mod chip (duox2) plus software
installation plus hard disk upgrade,
4. software installation only (requires
that an appropriate mod chip has been installed in your xbox),
5. hard disk upgrade only (requires that
an appropriate mod chip has been installed in your xbox).
All upgrade work is to be performed in
our workshop. Customers may deliver their consoles to our
workshop by appointment only (please contact
us to arrange for an appointment).
The software installation includes the
evolutionX dash along with
all the latest applications. The price
includes free delivery within Australia and a lifetime free labour
warranty (excluding parts) if the console requires service or repair.
Note that any warranty repair work must
be performed in our workshop. The customer is to cover actual
shipping expenses and replacement parts costs (if any) in the event of
warranty repair.
